Ingredients

  • Milk - 12 fl oz
  • Ground Oats - 1.4 oz
  • Dried Apricots - 5 pieces
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Raisins - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Bring the milk to a boil and add salt.

Step 2

Pour the oats into the milk. Cook for 3–20 minutes (depending on the type of oats).

Step 3

Wash the dried apricots and raisins and dry them with a paper towel. Cut the dried apricots into small cubes.

Step 4

Add the dried fruits to the cooked oatmeal. Stir.

Step 5

Add the butter and let the oatmeal sit for 10 minutes. Do not add sugar, as the dried fruits provide enough sweetness.
