- Water - 1 glass
- Honey - ½ spoons
- Ground Oats - ½ glasses
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Jam - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Bring a cup of water to a boil, then add honey and oats, and allow it to boil.
Step 2
While the porridge is boiling, peel the banana, cut it in half, mash one half into a puree, and simply slice the other half.
Step 3
Once the porridge comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low, add cinnamon, and cook until it thickens, which takes a couple of minutes. Then, transfer it to a plate, add banana puree, mix, and top with banana slices and jam. The banana may darken when the temperature changes, but this won't affect the flavor.
