Ingredients
- Oatmeal - ½ cup
- Soy Milk - 1 cup
- Pomegranate Seeds - 4 tablespoons
- Fig - 4 pieces
- Hemp Seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the oatmeal in water, adding sugar.
Step 2
Cut the figs into large pieces.
Step 3
Layer in a serving bowl in the following order: oatmeal, pomegranate seeds around the edges, figs in the center. Pour soy milk (½ cup in each bowl). Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
