Ingredients
- Potato - 1 piece
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Flaky sea salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a large potato, peel it, and cut it into sticks.
Step 2
Whisk the egg white (not to a foam). Pour it through a sieve into a bowl.
Step 3
Add the potato to the bowl with the egg white and mix well.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the potato sticks spaced apart. Place in a preheated oven at 392°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for approximately 25 minutes (depending on your oven). The potato should have a golden crust and be soft inside. Be careful not to overbake.
Step 5
Remove the finished potatoes, sprinkle them with salt while still hot, and optionally add herbs. Let them sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
