Ingredients
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - ¼ teaspoon
- Rosemary - ¼ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 248°F.
Step 2
Grease 12 muffin baking cups with butter and dust with flour.
Step 3
Mix the eggs with sugar, add salt, pepper, and whisk, then add cumin, rosemary, cream, and olive oil. Gradually add the sifted flour and yeast, then fold in the olives. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the cups and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Let the muffins cool and remove them from the cups.
