Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
- 10% cream - 4 fl oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Rum - 0 fl oz
- Large eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, cream, granulated sugar, eggs, and rum.
Step 3
Combine the flour with the baking powder and add it to the mixture.
Step 4
Add the chocolate and knead the dough until it is elastic.
Step 5
Grease a muffin tin with butter or fat. Sprinkle a little sugar on top.
Step 6
Divide the dough among the molds.
Step 7
Bake at 356°F for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 302°F and bake for at least another 1 hour and 30 minutes.
