- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Pistachios - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and yolks with sugar until fluffy. Pour in the olive oil, add the vanilla sugar and milk, and mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon. Add the sifted flour with baking powder, mix until a uniform dough forms, then fold in half of the pine nuts and mix again.
Step 3
Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining pine nuts on top. Bake for 50 minutes. Leave in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then cool completely on a rack.
