Description

You can prepare the entire omelet in one glass. You can add any filling you like.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Butter - 0.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the filling; if you are using fish, meat, chicken, vegetables, or mushrooms, the filling should be pre-cooked (fried, stewed, boiled, etc.). Cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Beat the eggs, milk, and salt well with a fork (or whisk with a mixer), then add the chopped filling.

Step 3

Take two glasses with thick walls. Place the prepared mixture into the glasses.

Step 4

Put the glasses in a pot; you can place a napkin at the bottom of the pot (to place the glasses on top of it), fill with water to the level of the omelet. No more, otherwise, when it boils, the glass may tip over (tested).

Step 5

Cover the pot with a lid and bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat.

Step 6

Cook for about 10 minutes on low heat — the omelet in the glass will rise.

Step 7

Remove the hot omelet from the water, place butter in the glass (you can sprinkle with herbs).
