Ingredients
- Courgette - 2.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the boiled cucumber into small pieces and sauté in butter.
Step 2
Mix the eggs with milk, whisk until smooth, pour over the sautéed cucumber, and stir.
Step 3
Once the omelet mixture thickens, fold the edges of the omelet towards the center to form an elongated shape, place in the oven, and cook until done.
Step 4
When serving, transfer to plates and top with butter.
