  • Ketchup - to taste

Step 1

Heat the oil, add the green pepper, cleaned of seeds and cut into strips, season with salt, and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Drain excess oil.

Step 2

Whisk the eggs well for 1 minute, pour them into the pan with the pepper, stir, and fry, using a fork or spatula to lift the edges.

Step 3

Cook until the omelet is golden brown on the bottom. Serve immediately, drizzled with ketchup or adding tomato paste to taste.
