  • Grated Chocolate - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 4 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Salt - to taste
  • Morels - 1 cup
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Thinly slice the onion and caramelize it in melted butter over medium heat.

Step 3

Add finely chopped morels to the pan with the onion and let the liquid evaporate.

Step 4

Pour in the eggs and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring gently to allow the eggs to cook through.
