- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Mushrooms - 4.2 oz
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 2.1 oz
- Chopped Green Onions - 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Feta cheese - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small skillet, melt half of the butter and sauté the thinly sliced mushrooms until golden brown.
Step 2
Then add the spinach and cook for a little longer until slightly wilted.
Step 3
Add the dill, season with salt, mix, and remove from heat.
Step 4
In another small skillet, melt the remaining butter, pour in the lightly beaten eggs, and cook without stirring until set. Season with salt.
Step 5
On one half of the omelet, place the filling and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Fold over with the other half, transfer to a plate, and serve.
