Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Potato - ½ piece
- Scallions - 1 stalk
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Thyme - 3 stalks
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the herbs, mix with the eggs, and whisk. Add warm milk and whisk again. Quickly sauté the tomatoes and finely chopped onion in vegetable oil over high heat for about 1 minute.
Step 2
Reduce the heat and carefully pour in the egg mixture, then evenly pour the soy sauce on top. Cook over high heat for 1 minute, then reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. After 3-4 minutes, remove from heat and serve hot with fresh cucumber. Enjoy your meal.
