Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Ham - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, boil them, and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings. Sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into cubes, add to the onion, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the potatoes to the pepper and onion, and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cut the ham into cubes.
Step 6
Beat the eggs and add the ham to them.
Step 7
Place the vegetables in a baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for another 3–5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
