  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Young zucchini - 1.8 oz
  • Cream Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Fresh Dill - to taste
  • Sea Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the zucchini into cubes and sauté in oil over low heat.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat three eggs, adding salt and diced cream cheese.

Step 3

Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat. Flip if necessary.

Step 4

Transfer the finished omelet to a plate and sprinkle with dill.
