Ingredients

  • Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
  • Chicken Broth - ½ cup
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
  • Butter - 3 tablespoons
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the chicken liver, remove membranes, pat dry, and lightly pound.

Step 2

Sauté the liver in butter with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Add the tomatoes to the liver and pour in the broth.

Step 4

Beat the eggs and pour them over the prepared mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and bake in an oven preheated to 356°F.

Step 5

Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
