- Dill - 5 stems
- Parsley - 5 stems
- Scallions - 5 stems
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the greens and onion.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Melt the vegetable oil in a frying pan. First, lightly sauté the onion, then add the greens, and finally the tomatoes (they should not become too soft).
Step 5
After 2 minutes, pour in the egg mixture.
Step 6
Cover the frying pan and cook for 8 minutes.
