Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 8 pieces
- Scallions - 5.3 oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Kefir - 10 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place half of the eggs in boiling water and cook for 11 minutes. Then, transfer them to cold water and peel once they have cooled slightly.
Step 2
Cut the eggs into small cubes.
Step 3
Chop the green onions and dill.
Step 4
Mix the herbs with the eggs and melted butter, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Whisk the eggs with the kefir and sour cream, then add 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Step 6
Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix until you achieve a uniform consistency similar to that of sour cream. If necessary, add a little more flour or yogurt.
Step 7
Grease a baking pan with oil and pour half of the batter into the bottom.
Step 8
Spread the filling evenly and pour the remaining batter over it. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 60-70 minutes. To check if the pie is ready, poke it in the center with a skewer; it should come out clean.
