  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Ocean salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Garlic - 6 cloves
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
  • Flaxseeds - ½ teaspoon
