- Onion - 5 heads
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - 1.4 oz
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Puff Pastry - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry and lay it in the baking dish. Place in the oven preheated to 356°F for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the onions into half-rings and sauté until golden brown.
Step 3
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks and mix with the onions. Whisk the egg whites with sugar and salt until fluffy. Then add 2 tablespoons of sour cream to the mixture and stir.
Step 4
Spread the onions over the partially baked pastry, sprinkle with cheese, and pour the egg white and sour cream mixture on top.
Step 5
