Description

- Onion - 6 heads
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan, let it cool, add 3 tablespoons of sour cream, then 1.5 cups of flour, knead, and place this ball of dough in the freezer for an hour.
Step 2
Sauté 6 large onions in vegetable oil, then add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, quickly mix in 2 eggs, and stir everything together. Add salt, sugar, and pepper.
Step 3
Remove the dough from the freezer, roll it out by hand over the surface of the round shape, leaving some for folding the edges. Add the onion filling. Fold the edges slightly.
