- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Salt - 1½ teaspoons
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 1 jar
- Onion - 2 lbs
- Granulated sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Red Long Chili Peppers - a pinch
- Nutmeg - 0.1 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 125 grams of butter by hand to form a dough. Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to the bowl.
Step 2
Shape the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 3
For the filling, slice the onion very thinly. Add salt, sugar, pepper, and sauté in butter until soft.
Step 4
Beat the eggs, sour cream, and nutmeg together and mix with the onions.
Step 5
Roll out the chilled dough on a greased baking sheet, forming edges.
Step 6
Spread the filling over the dough.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 35–40 minutes (until golden brown).
