- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 1 cup
- Onion - 4 heads
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Potato protein - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dough: mix oil, water, sour cream, 1 egg, and baking powder, knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Peel the onions, slice them thinly, pour boiling water over them for 10 minutes, drain, and rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a silicone mold, place the onions on top.
Step 4
Prepare the filling: mix 250 grams of sour cream, 4 eggs, and starch. Pour over the filling. Bake the pie until done, for 40–50 minutes, covered with foil.
