- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Lemon - ¼ piece
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Red Caviar - 1.8 oz
- Mixed salad greens - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the green onion, dry it, and tear it by hand into a blender. Add a spoonful of mild mustard. A pinch of salt. Squeeze the lemon juice. Add sour cream and oil. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Spread the prepared sauce on the crepe, top with a small amount of red caviar, and place the salad greens on top. Roll the crepe and cut it into small portions. Serve hot.
