- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Sugar - ⅓ cup
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Cinnamon - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and cut several strips from it. Place the remaining sheet into a greased baking dish and poke it with a fork in several places.
Step 3
Mix the cream cheese (or any other cream cheese) with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Step 4
Spread the mixture over the dough.
Step 5
Slice the apples into flat slices and place them on top of the cheese.
Step 6
Fold the edges of the dough slightly inward and place the strips of dough, attaching them to the edges. You can arrange them in a cross or lattice pattern, depending on the number of strips.
Step 7
Sprinkle everything with cinnamon and sugar on top.
Step 8
Bake for 40 minutes.
