Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Frozen black currant puree - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Cut the butter into cubes and add it to the mixture, thoroughly mixing and rubbing it between your palms. Slightly beat the eggs and add them to the mixture. If necessary, add a little more flour.
Step 2
Slightly thaw the black currants beforehand, sprinkling them with sugar.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a ball, separating a small piece for decorating the pie. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and place it in the baking dish. If the dish is not silicone, grease it with butter beforehand.
Step 4
Place the black currants into the resulting pie crust. Roll out the remaining piece of dough into strips and finish the pie. Sprinkle with sugar on top.
Step 5
Bake for 25–30 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 356°F.
