Ingredients
- Blackberry - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 1.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- 33% Cream - 3 fl oz
- Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
- White Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry and place it into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Prick it with a fork to let out the air. Beat one egg and brush it over the pastry.
Step 2
Grate the chocolate using a coarse grater.
Step 3
For the filling, beat the remaining egg with the yolks, sugar, and lime zest. Add the sour cream, cream, melted and slightly cooled butter, and flour. Incorporate half of the chocolate.
Step 4
Spread the berries over the dough, pour the cream over them, sprinkle with the remaining chocolate, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for thirty to thirty-five minutes.
