Description
The filling for the pie can be any thick fruit or berry jam or fresh fruits.

- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: mix the eggs with sugar, add 100 grams of cottage cheese, vegetable oil, gradually add the flour, and then add the baking soda.
Step 2
Grease the bottom of a springform pan with vegetable oil (parchment paper can be used as an alternative).
Step 3
Line the bottom of the pan with part of the dough, place the remaining cottage cheese on top, and then cover with a lattice of dough.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F and bake the pie for 40 minutes.
