Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 18.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.4 oz
- Leek - 1.1 oz
- Suluguni Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: knead 500 g of flour, eggs, water, and yeast, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the filling sauce. Sauté the onions, then add the chanterelle mushrooms, sour cream, cream, cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Stir gently over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough, dusting it with flour, then place the chilled sauce filling on it. Pinch the edges of the dough and bake the pie in the oven for 8-9 minutes at a temperature of 410°F.
Step 4
Sauté a handful of fresh small chanterelles separately and place them on top of the pie when serving.
