Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Kefir - ½ cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Pumpkin - 10.6 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and kefir.
Step 2
Add flour and baking powder, mix, then add vegetable oil and mix again. The dough should not be too thick, it should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 3
Peel the apples and pumpkin and cut them into small cubes.
Step 4
Add sugar and lemon juice, mix.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil (I use a silicone one, 26 cm in diameter, and I don't grease it) and pour the dough into it.
Step 6
Place the filling on top, pressing it lightly into the dough.
Step 7
Grate the previously frozen butter on a coarse grater and distribute it over the filling.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 35–40 minutes.
