Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Courgette - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Anchovies - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the vegetables and sauté them in olive oil with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll them out into rectangular sheets. Line homemade foil molds with the dough. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the molds, fill them with vegetables, top with anchovies, and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished pastries with chopped herbs.
