Ingredients
- Whole egg - 9 pieces
- Egg white - 9 pieces
- Sugar - 18 tablespoons
- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 35.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate 9 eggs into whites and yolks, add sugar to the yolks and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the juice from one orange.
Step 2
Mix the egg whites with 400 ml of milk and whip. Add melted butter. Stir.
Step 3
Combine the previous two steps. Stir while adding flour until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. Add raisins to taste.
Step 4
Grease a baking tray with sunflower or butter, preheat the oven to 356°F. Pour the batter onto the tray and bake until done.
