Ingredients
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Orange juice concentrate - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the orange in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Then pour out the water, fill it again with cold water, and repeat the process.
Step 2
Next, chop the orange roughly inside a bowl (without water, just the orange). Place the chopped orange and the other ingredients into a blender and mix everything. Pour the resulting mixture into a greased small rectangular baking dish and bake for 40 minutes at 356°F.
Step 3
When the cake is ready, it needs to be drizzled with syrup. To make the syrup, simply heat the orange juice with 2 tablespoons of sugar in a small pot until the sugar is completely dissolved.
