Ingredients

  • Oranges - 1 piece
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 2.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whisk 2 eggs with sugar (not too much sugar, as the carrot is already sweet) until smooth.

Step 2

Add salt, finely grated carrot, zest, and the juice of one orange – whisk again.

Step 3

Add flour and baking powder – whisk again.

Step 4

Grease the mold (or molds, if you want to make several small cakes) with butter, pour the mixture into the mold.

Step 5

Bake at 180°C for approximately 35-40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
