Description
Orange Charlotte in a Multicooker
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 11.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 11.3 oz
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Orange zest - 2 teaspoons
- Margarine - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk and, continuing to whisk, add sugar and gradually incorporate the flour.
Step 2
Wash the oranges. Grate the zest using a fine grater (avoiding the white pith).
Step 3
Peel the oranges, separate them into segments (remove any seeds), and cut each segment in half. Add the oranges and zest to the batter. Gently mix.
Step 4
Lightly grease the mold with margarine. Pour the batter into it.
Step 5
Cook in the 'Baking' mode. If the oranges are juicy, increase the cooking time.
Step 6
Once done, turn off the device and open the lid. Leave the finished Charlotte in the pot for 2–3 minutes. Invert the Charlotte onto a plate. Dust with powdered sugar.
