Description
These small cheesecakes are divided into individual portions by their very nature.
Ingredients
- Shortcrust Cake Mix - 7.1 oz
- Philadelphia Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Whole egg - 5 pieces
- Starch film - 5.3 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Orange Syrup - 6 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the shortcrust pastry into a disc about one centimeter thick. Use a 10 cm diameter pastry ring to cut out six small rounds. Place them in a preheated oven at 356°F for 10–15 minutes until golden brown. Remove the baked rounds and let them rest for at least half an hour.
Step 2
Zest one orange. Combine cheese, sugar, cream, eggs, egg yolks, starch, and the zest in a blender on low speed until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Step 3
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the finished cake layers on it, enclosing them in cooking rings of the same diameter. Line the inside of the rings with parchment paper; the height of the paper walls should be twice the height of the metal rings.
Step 4
Spread and distribute a teaspoon of orange jam or preserves over the surface of the cake layers. Then, pour the cheese mixture on top, filling it up to the edges of the culinary rings.
Step 5
Place the baking tray in the oven preheated to 374°F for 15 minutes, until the cheese mixture rises.
Step 6
Remove the finished cheesecakes from the oven, let them cool, put them in the refrigerator, and before serving, keep them chilled for at least an hour.
