Orange Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • Orange juice concentrate - 3 tablespoons
  • Chocolate - to taste
  • Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour - 7.9 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 6.2 oz
  • Milk - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 6 tablespoons
  • Butter - 3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the butter and sugar. While continuing to beat, add the egg and milk. Sift the flour and cocoa powder, gradually kneading a soft dough by hand.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 5 mm thick. Cut out circles from it. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 10–12 minutes. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.

Step 3

To prepare the glaze, combine the powdered sugar with the orange juice to create a fairly thick mixture. Place the glaze on each cookie using a teaspoon and let it set. Drizzle melted chocolate on top. Once the chocolate hardens, the cookies can be served.
