Description

From my experience. I divide a 100-gram bar of milk chocolate into two parts. I grate one half into the batter and cut the other half into 1x1 cm cubes. I also fold them into the batter along with the orange. As a result, the muffins will have warm melted chocolate inside along with a piece of orange. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
  • 20% Sour Cream - 5 teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 spoons
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 0,8 glasses
  • Oranges - 1 piece
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with sugar.

Step 2

Add sour cream and vegetable oil to the mixture.

Step 3

Zest the orange (I use a fine grater. One large orange will provide enough zest for all the muffins) and add it to the batter. Peel the orange segments from the white pith and cut them into cubes.

Step 4

Add the flour mixed with baking powder and grated or finely chopped chocolate to the mixture.

Step 5

The resulting batter should resemble thick sour cream. Spoon one and a half to two tablespoons of batter into the bottom of the molds, then 'sink' a piece of orange into the batter.

Step 6

Bake at 356°F for about half an hour.
