- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 6.2 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.8 oz
- Lemon Balm - 12 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Orange bitters - 5 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - 6.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: mix the butter until soft, gradually add the remaining ingredients (flour, sugar, egg, and lemon oil). If the dough is sticky, place it in a cool place for a while.
Step 2
Roll out the prepared dough into a thin layer about half a centimeter thick, cut out circles with a diameter of about 4 centimeters. Preheat the oven to 392°F. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the glaze: sift 175 grams of powdered sugar and mix it with the orange liqueur until a thick liquid is formed.
Step 4
Spread the resulting glaze over the cooled cookies. Optionally, you can decorate the cookies with candied orange slices cut into pieces.
