- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Orange juice concentrate - 5 teaspoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 2 spoons
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- White Chocolate - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, take the butter out an hour before cooking and let it sit at room temperature. Once it becomes soft, beat it with a mixer while adding sugar, continuing to beat for 2–3 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, along with the vanilla extract and orange juice, and mix well. Sift the flour with the baking powder and combine thoroughly.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease the molds with oil; if you are using paper liners, no oil is needed. Fill the batter into the molds, filling them two-thirds full, and bake for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Once the cupcakes have cooled, decorate them with frosting. Melt the chocolate, allow it to cool, and then mix it with cream cheese and vanilla sugar.
