Description

- Lemon - 1 piece
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the oranges and lemon, and dry them thoroughly. Cut the oranges into pieces along the fruit with the peel on.

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice, then chop the peel into pieces.
Step 3
Pour 240 ml of hot water into a pot, add the oranges, lemon, lemon juice, and sugar. The more sugar you add, the thicker the jam will be.
Step 4
Mix everything and place on medium heat. After boiling, skim off the foam and simmer on low heat for 30–40 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the hot jam into jars and let it cool, covering the top with paper. Store in the refrigerator.
