Ingredients
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Water - 12 fl oz

Step 1
Peel the oranges, slice them into thin rounds, remove the seeds, sprinkle the orange slices with sugar (50 g), and let them sit for half an hour to release juice. In a pot, add 50 g of sugar, pour in 360 ml of water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the orange zest and gelatin to the prepared syrup. While stirring the syrup, bring it to a boil again, then remove from heat and stir in the orange juice. Add diluted citric acid to taste. Strain the hot syrup, let it cool slightly, pour it into cups or molds in a layer of 1 cm, and place it in a cool place.
Step 3
On the set layer of jelly, place a slice of orange, pour the second half of the jelly over it, and chill again.
