Ingredients
- Oranges - 6 pieces
- Gelatin - 8 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Cherry - 1.8 oz
- Caramel Syrup - 1 fl oz
- Apple Wine - 4 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the oranges and cut the pulp into thin slices.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Bring a little wine with sugar to a boil and dissolve the gelatin in it. Add the cherry syrup and the remaining wine to the jelly.
Step 4
Layer the oranges and cherries in a glass vase and pour the jelly over them. Place in the refrigerator.
