- Oranges - 4 pieces
- Orange juice concentrate - 17 fl oz
- Potato protein - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Sweet Cream Butter - 8 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Cardamom - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the orange, cut it into wedges, and remove the seeds. Then chop the pulp into cubes.
Step 2
In a separate container, mix water, juice, starch, and sugar. Place on the heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, but do not boil. As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove from heat. Add the chopped orange and lemon juice.
Step 3
Add cardamom to the cream and serve it with the kissel.
