Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - ½ cup
- Ground Oats - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Orange juice concentrate - ¾ cup
- Dried Apricots - 2.8 oz
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the vegetable oil. In another bowl, combine both flours, oats, baking powder, and salt. Mix both mixtures and add the orange juice and finely chopped dried apricots. Mix the batter well.
Step 2
Heat the skillet well and add a little butter. Fry the pancakes on both sides, flipping them and adding butter as needed.
