Ingredients
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Semolina - 6.3 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Pistachios - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt - a pinch

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
Chop the pistachios in a blender, leaving some small pieces.
Step 3
Grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice from the orange.
Step 4
Cream the butter with sugar, then beat with a mixer.
Step 5
While continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time.
Step 6
Add the orange zest, flour, semolina, baking powder, pistachios, vanilla extract, salt, and gently mix with the mixer on low speed for about 20 seconds.
Step 7
Pour the orange juice into the batter and mix with a spatula.
Step 8
Pour the batter into a small baking dish with high sides and place it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
