- Orange juice concentrate - 7 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz

In a bowl placed over a pot of boiling water (double boiler), mix the yolks, sugar, orange juice, and the juice of half a lemon.
Step 2
Whip with a mixer for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Step 3
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
