- Wheat Flour - 24.7 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - ¼ cup
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F); grease a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Sift the all-purpose flour and corn flour into a bowl, add the granulated sugar and orange zest. Rub this dry mixture with the grated butter until crumbs form, and then combine it into a single piece of dough.
Step 3
Place the dough in the prepared pan, cut it into finger-shaped pieces, and prick each piece with a fork. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top and bake for 30 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.
Step 4
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool. Transfer the hardened cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
