- Oranges - 6 pieces
- Acacia Honey - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Bay leaf - 6 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root - 1.8 oz

Peel the ginger and cut it into strips.
Step 2
Wash and dry the oranges. Make a cross-shaped incision in each orange and place them in a saucepan. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sugar. Add the ginger, pour in a small amount of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2 hours, turning them several times during cooking.
Step 3
Add the bay leaves and keep on the heat for another 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 4
Before serving, drizzle with honey.
