Description
You can store the prepared cheese pancakes in the freezer. When you're ready to cook them, quickly sauté in a skillet and finish baking in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Semolina - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 0.9 oz
- Raisins - 0.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Soak the cranberries and raisins in hot water. Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or pass it through a sieve.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese with 20 grams of flour, semolina, sugar, egg, and salt.
Step 4
Add the dried raisins and cranberries.
Step 5
On a floured surface, shape the cheese pancakes.
Step 6
Heat vegetable oil. Fry the cheese pancakes on one side.
Step 7
Flip and fry on the other side.
Step 8
Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Transfer the cheese pancakes to a baking sheet and place them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Serve the cheese pancakes with sour cream or your favorite toppings, dusted with powdered sugar.
